Regular Flat Mat

Our Flat Mats (termed zabutons in the Japanese Zen tradition) are made by us here in the United Kingdom to our own design. The mat is filled with Recylced Foam filling, lined and covered with strong 100% cotton drill fabric and is available in a choice of colours.

Our Flat Mat is designed and made to keep its shape and to produce the correct balance of comfort and support, cushioning your knees and ankles. It is finished to a high standard with rounded corners.

Flat Mats are traditionally paired with a Meditation Cushion or a Meditation Stool and together these items make up a meditation space wherever they are laid out.
